pharrell on jimmy kimmel live

So he premiered the music video for 'Marilyn Monroe' for nothing? Pharrell Williams paid Jimmy Kimmel a visit last night (May 8th) during the latest episode of his ABC late-show. The hitmaker producer offered an interview, a 'selfie' contest, and performed live two tracks from his latest solo album 'GIRL'. Watch below!

During the chatting portion, Pharrell told Jimmy about the time King of Pop Michael Jackson called him. He also opened up about Jimmy Kimmel's cameo in his 'Happy' music video. The two also engaged in a 'selfie' contest.

When the time of the music came, Pharrell took to JKL's outdoor stage to treat the crowd and folks at home watching with performance of; 'Come Get It Bae' and 'Hunter'.

We're not that much fans of 'Hunter', but we are obsessed with 'Come Get It Bae'. That song is such a hit waiting to happen. And its performance usually look and sound great. Nevertheless...what was the point of shooting a video for 'Marilyn Monroe' then? We don't get it. We all though that was going to be Pharrell's next single, but he's apparently ditched it now (so fast). As 'Come Get It Bae' is going for radio adds on May 20th!!
