Katy Perry Gets Down On Friday, Friday!
Katy Perry treated Aussie fans with a spectacular cover of the Rebecca Black worldwide smash hit "Friday" during her concert at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia last Friday (April 29th). So good! lol. Love how Katy takes the song so so so seriously. It's almost like she's singing "I Have Nothing", "And I'm Telling You" or something diva-ish. Anyhow, flawless job, I'm sure Queen Becca will be pleased! Also, marketing-wise, these "Friday" covers Katy's doing are perfect to promote the upcoming "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" era (Katy's fifth "Teenage Dream" single). It's all about fridays! Oh, and I think too Katy and Rebecca should do a remix together. That record would destroy the internet in a matter of seconds , lol.
