Gwen Stefani Performs "Make Me Like You" & "Misery" on "SNL": Watch
She did it! Gwen Stefani performed her two-song set last night (April 2) on NBC's "Saturday Night Live". The blonde singer was the musical guest on the Peter Dinklage-hosted sixteenth episode of Season 41 of the legendary late-night variety show.
Ms. Stefani performed, as expected, music from her recently-released third solo album "This What The Truth Feels Like...". She first did her struggling second single "Make Me Like You" and then sang the rumored third single "Misery".
What's happening with "Make Me Like You"!? I really thought it would become a pop hit (it's kind of flopping). It's partially Gwen's fault, though. She hasn't really "brought it" in her live performances of the "This What The Truth Feels Like..." second single. And she sadly didn't "bring it" either last night on "SNL". Gwen did look beautiful in that pearl dress but the "MMLY" performance was a bit of a lackluster. The song screamed "I need choreography and back-up dancers"!
Big thanks to Peter Dinklage and @gwenstefani! ????#SNLhttps://t.co/xPT72OmZDV

She fortunately stepped it up in the "Misery" performance.
I loved the No Doubt-esque outfit, and she really "sold" the song.
By the way, the more I hear "Misery", the more I'm convinced Interscope Records will pick it as the next single.
