Zedd & Alessia Cara’s “Stay” Music Video Is So Tragic: Watch The Premiere!
Zedd and Alessia Cara's hit collaboration "Stay" finally has an accompanying music video out. Directed by Tim Mattia, the "Stay" visual premiered only minutes ago this Tuesday afternoon (April 18).
The music video is kind of tragic. And not in a bad way. It's just that something tragic happens in it. Zedd dies! (poor hottie baby!).
The "Stay" clip sees Zedd and Alessia Cara being apartment complex door neighbors who get very lucky that either fate or God (or some other deity with the power to control time) will give them a second shot at love. One morning Alessia Cara will leave her apartment and get on the elevator to go her way. Zedd will run to the elevator to not miss it but miss it he will. However, nobody knows how but time will reverse and Zedd will get a second shot to run faster. And this time he will get his hand across the elevator door and stop it. The two will then hit it off really well, and will go for a lovely stroll. But little will they know that a terrible driver will ruin their life plans in a matter of seconds. He will run over Zedd and he will die. Leaving Alessia heart broken. So sad!!!!! Couldn't be literally "STAY" alive?
