Zayn Releases Acoustic Solo Version of “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever”: Better Than The Original?
I may not be the biggest fan of Zayn and Taylor Swift’s “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” but I respect all the success it is having on the charts and on radio. I personally don’t think it is an AMAZING song but undoubtedly the star power of both singers has catapulted “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” to hit heaven.
And just when I was about to delete the song from my last Spotify playlist it still remained on, here comes Zayn to shake my world and my mind. He premiered yesterday an acoustic solo version of “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” and it is amazing. He’s blown me away!!! Move aside, Taylor. It’s KING Zayn the one ruling over your own song (yep, Zayn didn’t write it, not even a tiny lyric) now!
This acoustic version is raw, beautiful, I loved the melody changes and, all in all, I frankly believe it is ten times better than the original - which to me is overly produced.
