Yeah, they’re back! Green Day is back!
Four long years after the ¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tré! era, Green Day is back on the musical scene with new material. The Billie Joe Armstrong-led rock band will be releasing on October 7th their twelfth studio album called “Revolution Radio”.

The first single from “Revolution Radio” is the song titled “Bang Bang”, which Green Day world premiered to day (Aug. 11) by way of a lyric video posted exclusively on their Facebook page. “‘Bang Bang’, released today and inspired by recent events, marks a welcome return from a band with more to say than ever”, says the same official press release from before on the new single.
"Bang Bang" is a hardcore, angry rock song where Billie talks politics again and tells too the story of a little boy that’s been influenced by the media to a degree that what he wants to become when he’s older certainly is very scary. “I wanna be a celebrity martyr…” - say what!?
