Watch: The Saturdays' First TV Performance of "What Are You Waiting For" on "The National Lottery"

the saturdays photoshoot 2014

Their “Greatest Hits Live!” UK tour kicks off next month, their “Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits” hits stores next week, and their brand new single "What Are You Waiting For?" is officially released on Sunday, August 10th, so you know the time has come for girl band The Saturdays to begin with the promotional rounds. “Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits” will include three original songs besides all of the girls’ most popular hits to date, and the first single (one of the original songs, obviously) "What Are You Waiting For?" received its first televised performance in the UK on Saturday (so appropriate), August 9th, on “The National Lottery: Break The Safe” on BBC One.

Looking cute, well made-up, and chic, The Saturdays took over the “The National Lottery” stage to deliver a decent performance of the Xenomania-produced dance-pop anthem "What Are You Waiting For?". It's a shame they lip-synced, though. Maybe it's a must on this particular show?. True "What Are You Waiting For?" seems like a difficult song to sing live due to its speed, and all the audio effects on it, but I'm sure the The Sats can come up with something soon to not look bad. The choreography can be improved as well!

Make sure to get "What Are You Waiting For?" on iTunes UK starting this Sunday. The Saturdays will be keeping up with the promotion by appearing on a few more TV shows next week. The Saturdays, Kiesza, Rizzle Kicks and Paloma Faith will all be fighting arm-in-arm to debut at #1 next week’s Sunday.
