Watch: Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez & Claudia Leitte Perform 'We Are One (Ole Ola)' at 2014 FIFA World Cup Opening!

Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte performed the official song of the 2014 FIFA World Cup 'We Are One (Ole Ola)' at the tournament's opening ceremony at the Arena de Sao Paulo Stadium in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Thursday, June 12.

And in FIFA World Cup opening ceremony fashion, the performance was a huge spectacle! Numerous dancers, flags waving side to side like the lyrics of ‘We Are One’ command, and… Jennifer freakin’ Lopez! Sorry, Pitbull and Claudia Leitte, I have nothing against you, but you just have to accept your inferiority when it comes to Queen J.Lo. Her verse may only be a few seconds long but she made those few seconds memorable. That dress, that showmanship, that fierceness, that hair tossing…! She owned the Arena de Sao Paulo Stadium centre stage.

Witnessing this J.Lo slayage, I can’t comprehend yet why she didn't want to attend the opening ceremony performance in the first place? ‘Production issues’ were cited as the reasons for Jennifer’s ‘no show’ as a spokesperson for the artist told the media earlier this week. Although, many quickly pointed out 'money' as the true reason. True or not, after some strong ‘advice’ by her record label, Jennifer Lopez got into a Sao Paulo-bound flight from NYC yesterday (uh-huh, she only had a day of rehearsal!) to finally do the ‘We Are One’ opening performance with Pitbull and Claudia Leitte. It was for the best! Jennifer killed it, and millions of people got to watch her do it. And this could only mean good promo for her own music too. Her new 'A.K.A' album drops on June 17!

FYI: Yes, Jennifer slayed, but this 'We Are One' performance wasn't the best FIIFA World Cup opening performance I've seen. It felt too 'impromptu' at moments.
