Watch: Kendrick Lamar & Imagine Dragons Perform At Cleveland Cavaliers 2014-2015 Season Opener
TDE rapper Kendrick Lamar and Rock Band Imagine Dragons helped kick off the Cleveland Cavaliers 2014-2015 NBA season earlier tonight by participating in the festivities outside the Quicken Loans Arena. Backed by a Kevin Hart introduction, Kendrick graced the concert stage to perform his recently released Sounwave-produced single 'i'. Imagine Dragons kept the energy going with a live rendition of 'I Bet My Life', the lead single from their upcoming sophomore LP.
'i' is presumably the first release from Kendrick Lamar's highly anticipated next solo album. The uplifting track has been slowly making its way up the Billboard Hot 100 and is now sitting at the No. 39 spot. Expect to see the rise continue as the NBA has made 'i' the official theme song for this season's ad campaign.
