Watch: Beyoncé Performs 'Run The World' on HBO's 'Beyonce x10'
The second installment of the 'Beyonce x10'
series aired on HBO on Sunday night (July 6) before the new episode of 'True
Blood'. If the week before we got to watch Beyoncé stun with a mesmerizing
performance of 'Ghost / Haunted', last night it was time for the former Destiny's
Child leader to unleash her up-tempo beats. 'Run The World' was the featured
concert performance - shot during the latest 'Mrs. Carter World Tour' leg - on
HBO's 'Beyonce x10' special on Sunday. Watch the slayage below!
The facial expressions of the Beyoncé fans were
priceless!! Probably the second best thing about the HBO-filmed 'Run the World'
performance. The song as you know was the lead single from Bey's '4' album. 'Run
the World' was supposed to big a huge hit for Beyoncé but the early leak of the
song, and the late reaction by Columbia led to a poor chart performance of 'Run
the World', ultimately peaking at #29 on the Hot 100, a pretty bad position for
a Beyoncé lead single.
