[Video] Daughtry Perform 'Waiting For Superman' on 'American Idol'
Wait, let me check my calendar...we are in April 2014...so why is Daughtry still promoting "Waiting for Superman"?. I simply cannot find an explanation!
"Waiting for Superman" is the first single from the rock band's (led by Idol alum Chris Daughtry) fourth album "Baptized", release in stores in November last year. "Waiting for Superman" was released on iTunes and sent to US radios in September! Daughtry promoted the song a lot on American TV and made it peak at #66 on the Hot 100.
So, why still 'pushing' "Waiting for Superman"? Why not moving to the second single yet? Are they really hoping the song can re-enter the Hot 100 at this point?
*sigh*. Whatever they are up to, Daughtry's last night (April 3) performance of "Waiting for Superman" on 'American Idol' was terrific. The acapella introduction was really nice!
