Stream: Tinashe - 'Aquarius' [Album]
On October 7th, rising R&B singer Tinashe will be releasing her debut album 'Aquarius' via RCA Records. Today to the pleasure and surprise of her fans, the California-born artist has uploaded a stream of the album in its entirety on Soundcloud. 'Aquarius' is Tinashe's first project since her 'Black Water' mixtape, which came out in late 2013.
Tinashe keeps to the same formula and sound that longtime fans of her mixtapes are familiar with on 'Aquarius'. She told MTV: "I feel like they (the fans) will be pleasantly surprised that there are still so many elements of who I am and the music still sounds similar to stuff I've done in the past."
Led by her popular single '2 On' and the newly released 'Pretend', 'Aquarius' comes packed with 18 records. Tinashe chose to keep features to a mininum, with the only guest names being ScHoolboy Q, A$AP Rocky, Future, and Devonte Hynes. Production is taken care of by DJ Mustard, Boi-1da, Detail, Stargate, DJ Dahi, and others.
