Sia Performs 'Chandelier' on 'The Ellen Show'
Did you know Sia doesn't like her face to be seen when she performs on television? She doesn't cover it or avoids showing it in any way when plays live concerts. Televised gigs are a whole different story for the talented Australia singer-songwriter though. At least in the latest years when she's truly risen as a megastar in the music industry.
Sia performed on Monday (May 19) for the first time on television her brand new single 'Chandelier' on 'The Ellen Show'. The EPIC new party-girl anthem is the first official offering from her forthcoming album '1000 Forms of Fear' (July 7th).
This was so rare and awesome at the same time. Sia recreated the music video of 'Chandelier' on 'Ellen'. The little girl from the video, 11-year-old Maddie, got to perform the entire contemporary routine again, and she was incredible!!
Sia was present on the 'stage'. She was in a corner standing with her back turned to the camera singing 'Chandelier' LIVE with a stand-up microphone. Even when Ellen approached her to congratulate her, she didn't want to show her face!
