Sheryl Does Letterman & La Roux On The View!
Nine-time Grammy winner Sheryl Crow has returned to the US - from her mini promo tour in Europe - to kick-start there the TV promotion of her new single "Summer Day", celebrating this week too the release of "100 Miles from Memphis", Sheryl's seventh studio album of her career. Crow stopped by The Late Show with David Letterman on Tuesday evening. Watch her performance above. She looked stunning and rocked that stage accommpanied by a great live band. Ch-Ch-Check it out!
Also in the US is British synth-pop band La Roux. The duo appeared on The View on Tuesday to perform her hit song "Bulletproof". Yeah I know. This will be probably the millionth time you see them perform it but it's still fresh in America. Perseverance is a great way to call La Roux and their label's effort to make "Bulletproof" a hit in the U.S.A. It did not start things off well in the North American country, but many months after its official release, and lots of promo and tours, the electro-pop smash managed to peak at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and it's currently fighting to hold on within the Top 20. So this new batch of TV performances is justified. La Roux did a good job as usual and Elly wore another crazy but kinda cool outfit too lol.
