Shakira Sings “Chantaje” at NYC Park, Performs “Me Enamore” at Univision Upfront 2017
Shakira has finally taken her beautiful behind out of Barcelona (where ever since she gave birth to her last child, she has refused to leave at all).
The Colombian singer was spotted in New York City yesterday afternoon doing a “surprise” acoustic performance of her Spanish smash hit “Chantaje” at Washington Square Park before a reduced group of fans. Fans were notified of this unique performance via the “treasure hunt” web game Shakira recently set tp to let her fans know of exclusives about her upcoming album “El Dorado”. HOWEVER, it seems the “game” isn’t performing that well, because how many people are in the video below? 30? And there’s no doubt a number of them were just random local people or tourists passing by… BUT ANYHOW, thank you Shakira for this “promo”. FINALLY we have promo. Even if it’s a performance at a park… and not on TV SHOW as it should be!
Shakira sounded cute and looked extra joyful (you can tell motherhood has suit her well).
Evidently, Shakira is in the US readying the upcoming promotional rounds in support of her new album “El Dorado”, which comes out NEXT WEEK, on May 26th.
I hope to see her performing on TV soon!

UPDATE: Shakira did something else yesterday besides performing at a park. She also performed “Me Enamore” at Univision’s 2017 Upfront presentation. YEY…. (please do something TELEVISED next!)
