Sevyn Streeter (ft. Chris Brown) - "Don't Kill The Fun" [Music Video Premiere!]
This is what I needed to fall in love with this song again: a great music video!
R&B singer Sevyn Streeter just premiered the official visual for “Don’t Kill The Fun” on VEVO (Feb. 10). The Chris Brown-assisted R&B mid-tempo serves as the lead single from Sevyn’s forthcoming debut full-length album due in stores later in the year on Atlantic Records.
The music video below was directed by Mr. Breezy himself. Watch!
Keeping it honest, I was already tired of the song, even though it only got released last month. “Don’t Kill The Fun” is a cute R&B bop, but it definitely doesn’t grasp you as hard as the other Sevyn and Chris collaboration “It Won’t Stop”. It needed “something” to make me re-love it. And this hot music video certainly does the job!
The Chris Brown-directed MV shows Ms. Streeter serving fierceness with blue hair, cleavage and high shiny black boots as she struts through a clandestine ‘urban’ party and busts a move in an elaborate choreography. Breezy will also show off his dancing skills doing an ‘against the graffiti wall’ choreography.
Very nice music video, but I wish the two had danced together!
