Selena Gomez Releases Her New “13 Reasons Why” Song “Back To You”: Listen
Selena Gomez released today her new song "Back to You". Produced by Trackside & Ian Kirkpatrick (Ian produced "New Rules" and "Bad Liar"), "Back to You" first premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show before appearing as available on all digital platforms. And in the particular case of the Spotify release, Selena accompanied with an exclusive vertical music video.
Selena's "Back to You" is the first single from the "13 Reasons Why" season 2 soundtrack. The soundtrack will be released in stores the same day the new season of "13 Reasons Why" premieres on Netflix, and that is on May 18th.
"I wanna hold you when I’m not supposed to / When I'm lying close to someone else / You're stuck in my head and I can't get you out of it / If I could do it all again / I know I'd go back to you", sings Selena on the chorus of her new song, which boasts a country-folk/EDM production.
LOVED THIS! Selena's vocals are beautiful and the lyrics are very relatable. And in the case of Selena Gomez, I think we all know WHO was, at least partially, the influence for the song.
