Confirmed: Sam Smith’s “Spectre” Theme Song Titled “Writing’s On The Wall”, Out October 23rd! See The Cover Art Now!
British singer Sam Smith at last confirmed what we all knew. The rumors were indeed true, y’all! He has recorded the theme song for the upcoming Bond movie “Spectre”. The song is titled “Writing’s On The Wall” and is available right now for pre-order in CD and Vinyl formats on Sam’s official websites, and will be pre-orderable on iTunes starting this midnight (Sept. 8). The official release date for “Writing’s On The Wall” is October 23rd.
The new Daniel Craig-starring Bond film “Spectre” will hit theaters around the world on November 6th.
Sam announced the theme song news via his social accounts this morning. He thanked the “Spectre” producers for giving him the honor to be part of “this iconic British legacy”.

So excited to hear this! I may not have heard Sam Smith’s “Writing’s On The Wall” but I have the feeling it’s going to be on the same level as Adele’s “Skyfall”…I just feel it. He’s going to kill this.
