Lady Gaga Pops In LA Drag Show To Make A Film, Gets Smacked By Fan (Video)
Was this all just to get an easy "Applause"?. Check out photos and video of Lady Gaga randomly popping by a drag show at Micky's in West Hollywood on Monday night, August 12th. The 'ARTPOP' pioneer - wearing a sleeveless black leather dress and clown make-up - watched the show from a front row seat, before standing up to make a film of the drag spectacle (by RuPaul's Drag Race's cast) herself with professional equipment.
Lady Gaga's new single "Applause" was being played out loud during the performance she recorded on tape. So, I'm guessing she'll use the footage to make a viral video of some kind to promote "Applause" on YouTube...'cause I don't find another explanation. Do you know more?. Also at the drag show, Gaga sang happy birthday to one of her fans who, by coincidence, turned a year older that night. Did he show ID?, lol. Towards the end of the fan-recorded clip below, you will see Gaga filming (but also jamming to) a drag performance to Robin Thicke's hit "Blurred Lines" too.
