Four-piece boy band Union J - who finished fourth last season of 'X Factor UK' - world premiered this morning (April 22) their official debut single entitled "Carry You" via Capital FM. "Carry You" gets released on iTunes on June 2. Listen below.

Produced by the extraordinary Steve Mac, and penned by Claude Kelly, "Carry You" is an uplifting dance-pop ballad that in the words of Union J, "It’s about being there for each other. It symbolises us as a band - that we’re here for each other…". Well, it didn't strike me as #1 hit immediately on the first listen, but this is a grower for sure.

A special mention goes out to the magnificent bridge. That is fire stuff. As I said, I have the feeling "Carry You" will grow on many of us as the 'play count' keeps increasing. Union J will release "Carry You" digitally in the UK next April 2 packing it up in a EP format, including a few remixes, and a karaoke version.
