Third brand new Jessie J song we get this week! Crazy stuff! Listen now to the full version of "Hero", Jessie J's contribution to the soundtrack of the upcoming film "Kick Ass 2". The album will be released digitally on August 13, whereas physical copies will hit stores on August 20. The Jeff Wadlow-directed sequel to hit 2010 movie will open in theaters in the UK on August 14, and two days later, in the US.
Pretty energetic track! "Hero" is giving me strong Christina Aguilera's "Fighter" teas. Anyway, cool song, chorus is pretty good, verses are okay. So summing up, If I had to rank the three new Jessie J songs premiered this week, it would be; in the first place, "Magnetic", second position goes to "Hero", and in third, and last place, "It's My Party". The latter -Jessie's new official single - is just so bad if you compare it to the other two. She should've kept either "Hero" or "Magnetic" for herself and release it as a single from her second album. "Wild" was okay, but "It's My Party" is unbearable to listen to.
