New Song: Emeli Sandé & The Bryan Ferry Orchestra - 'Crazy In Love' (Beyonce Cover)

emeli sande coves beyonce crazy in love

British singing sensation Emeli Sandé joined forces with The Bryan Ferry Orchestra to record a jazzy cover of Beyoncé's "Crazy In Love" hit to include it on the film soundtrack of the upcoming Baz Luhrmann-directed version of "The Great Gatsby". Listen above!

I like! The orchestra definitely delivered on the production department, while Emeli's vocals are impeccable. Her rendition of "Crazy In Love" is really, really groovy. I thought she was gonna go for a 'dramatic' interpretation. You can move to the beat of this one too!. I wonder though if Jay-Z (executive-producer of the soundtrack) had anything to do with one of the songs of her wife, Beyoncé, being included on the album?. Duh! Of course he had something to do with that. Beyoncé gets to sings for the sountrack too with a cover of Amy Winehouse's "Back to Black" and now Emeli Sandé covers one of her biggest hits for the soundtrack too. King B is getting that good promo without even trying hard. On top of this, she has two buzz singles ("Grown Woman" and "Standing On The Sun") going around too. Now that's clever. Please announce your fifth album release date ASAP!
