New Music: YG (feat. Kendrick Lamar) – ‘Really Be (Smokin N Drinkin)’
It’s the Compton connection as YG and Kendrick Lamar link up to bring us a new collaboration titled ‘Really Be (Smokin N Drinkin)’. The track is produced by Ty Dolla $ign and will be featured on YG’s debut LP ‘My Krazy Life’ releasing in stores this upcoming Tuesday.
"That's why I really be smokin and I really been drinking. I've been going through some things you don't know what I've been thinking" raps YG over the heavy west coast-influenced beat. ‘Really Be (Smokin N Drinkin)’ is the first time the two Compton artists have worked together and after a few listens, let's hope it won't be the last.
‘My Krazy Life’ is set to impact on March 18th via Def Jam Records. Along with Kendrick Lamar, the 18-track deluxe edition includes guest appearances from Drake, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Ty Dolla $ign, Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, & others.
