Wale (feat. Rick Ross & Common) - 'Sunshine' (Remix)

Wale liberates the official remix to his 'Sunshine' track now featuring additional verses from Rick Ross and veteran Chi-town rapper Common. The Tone P-produced record originally appeared on Wale's third studio LP, 'The Gifted', released last Summer.

"In this maze they called us the black rats cause we trapped from the projects we stacked at. Hoping I reach 21, n*gga blackjack. Blackstrap molasses in the backpack. Dreaming of the p*ssy that I slept on, catnap" raps Common over the soulful instrumental. No new verse from Wale but fellow MMG partner Rick Ross adds in a fresh opening verse reflecting on real life struggles.

Wale can currently be found working on his next studio LP, 'Album About Nothing', with comedian Jerry Seinfeld. Look out for that project to arrive this upcoming Fall and take a listen to the remix of 'Sunshine' below.
