British pop band The Vamps launched today (Oct. 13) the official pre-order for their upcoming sophomore studio album “Wake Up” on iTunes and along with it came a brand new song, the first ‘countdown single’ of this era. “Cheater” is an up-tempo pop/rock track where The Vamps frontman Brad Simpson tells that girl he’s in love with and cares about that her awful boyfriend is cheating on her. Brad is hoping this act of truth will make this pretty girl realize that he is the right man for him and not that cheating jerk.
Really like the upbeat vibes of this, the melody is delicious, and the message of “Cheater” is just raw realness. So relatable! I mean, who hasn’t lived or seen a situation like this?
