New Music: Robin Thicke - 'Get Her Back' [Full Audio]
That didn't take too long. After premiering 'Get Her Back' live at the Billboard Music Awards 2014 moments ago, Robin Thicke releases the full audio on iTunes. The record is dedicated to his wife Paula Patton as the two are currently split after eight years of marriage.
"I never should have raised my voice or made you feel so small, I never should have asked you to do anything at all" Robin sings on the smooth instrumental. "I should have kissed you longer, I should have held you stronger. I'll wait for forever for you to love me again."
While Robin Thicke doesn't mention Paula Patton's name in the song, it's pretty obvious who he's referring to. Robin did thank her at the award show for "putting up with him" during his acceptance speech for Top R&B song ('Blurred Lines'). Will this bring the two back together?
