New Music: OB O'Brien (feat. Drake & P Reign) - 'Schemin' Up'
A unreleased Rich Homie Quan track titled 'Tell Me Why' featuring Drake leaked on the Internet earlier in the week and tonight (Dec. 13th) the OVO camp have decided to liberate a whole new version without Quan re-titled 'Schemin Up'. Drake is now joined by fellow Canadian artists and OVO members OB O'Brien and P Reign.
The opening verse Drake has on Rich Homie Quan's 'Tell Me Why' is still left intact but now we hear a new hook from the Toronto native as well as a new verse. Judging from the "free Breezy" reference Drake drops when he's going back and forth with OB O'Brien, 'Schemin Up' was recorded sometime mid-year. Credit for the upbeat instrumental goes to Boi-1da and 40.
Rich Homie Quan's version of 'Tell Me Why' will be featured on the upcoming 'Rich Gang 2' compilation album. As for 'Schemin Up', there's no word yet on what project OB O'Brien plans to place the track on, if any. Hit play and stream the new record below.
