New Music: Lil Wayne - 'D’usse'
After treating us to the Drake-assisted 'Believe Me' earlier this month, Lil Wayne continues his 'Carter V' takeover with the release of another song. This track was the one Wayne previewed on his latest 'Weezy Wednesdays' vlog series and is titled 'D'usse'. Produced by Lee Majors.
"The world is mine. I am selfish. I am a shark, f*ck them shellfish. Everybody in the building, well I left that b*tch like Elvis" raps Lil Wayne over the upbeat instrumental. Do remember, D'usse is the name of Jay Z's heavily endorsed Cognac drink and Wayne even gives him a shout out at the beginning of the track.
Whether or not 'D'usse' will be featured on Lil Wayne's upcoming highly anticipated 'Tha Carter V' album is unknown. What we do know is the New Orleans native is 2 for 2 so far this month and sounds like he's just getting started. Listen + download the lyrical cut below.
