uber-talented, destined to be HUGE singer-songwriter Jhené Aiko has a new
single for us and that’s 'To Love and Die', the much-anticipated OFFICIAL first
single from the Los Angeles-born newcomer's upcoming full-length debut album 'Souled Out',
arriving later in 2014 via Island Def Jam.
The song was released on iTunes at midnight on Monday, June 23.

Yes, she did it! I knew she could but I wasn’t fully certain that Jhené could give us a '3:16am' 2.0 so soon! '3:16am' has been my favourite Jhené Aiko song UNTIL TODAY, because the dark and melodic 'To Love and Die' is just pure perfection! That fragile yet mesmerizing voice! Those vocal inflections! Those lyrics! That melody! As I said, Jhené went IN for my soul with this new single. In 'To Love and Die', Ms Aiko reminds us that she lives but she can die for love too. Love is just the most important thing in this planet.
Jhene is set to perform 'To Love and Die' for the first time at Sundays’ BET Awards.
