New Music: Jhene Aiko - 'The Pressure'
Jhene Aiko dropped her Cocaine 80's-assisted single 'To Love And Die' a few weeks back and now returns with another new track titled 'The Pressure'. The smooth laid back record is presumably a new cut off her forthcoming debut album 'Souled Out'.
Produced by The Fisticuffs, the Def Jam singer reflects on the difficulty and stress she experienced while putting the finishing touches on 'Souled Out'. She's spent the past few months holed up in her home city of Los Angeles working on the anticipated project. "I don't wanna see you go, but I don't have time to solve this / And you don't have the right" Jhene sings with her signature soft tone.
'Souled Out' is expected to land in stores this upcoming Fall. To coincide with the album release, the 26-year old artist will be taking off on a 5-city tour with The Weeknd and ScHoolboy Q starting on September 19th.
