New Music: Jessie J (feat. 2 Chainz) - "Burnin' Up" [Full]
The full version of Jessie J’s new single “Burnin’ Up” featuring rapper 2 Chainz has just hit the Internet. The Max Martin-produced cut is officially the follow-up to the global hit “Bang Bang” and serves as single no. 2 from the British singer’s forthcoming third studio album “Sweet Talker”, due in stores on October 10th (Republic / Lava).
“Burnin’ Up” will be released on all iTunes stores across the world (except for the UK) on September 23rd. Hannah Lux Davis is confirmed to have directed the “Burnin’ Up” music video. She already worked with Jessie J shooting the glossy “Bang Bang” visual.

Not bad. But this is definitely giving me Cheryl Cole “Crazy Stupid Love” vibes.
Jessie J says in the song that she has the “matches” and the person she’s about to sex up (could be a man or a woman; although her bi-sexuality isn’t quite clear anymore) has the “gasoline". "Burnin' Up" is a steamy pop-soul song about the prior events before a couple hits the bedroom.
It’s definitely in the same sound path as “Bang Bang”, and Jessie J sounds great in "Burnin' Up" - although the few "screams" could've been avoided. 2 Chainz makes a nice addition as well. Overall, although I don't see this having the same success as “Bang Bang” – Ariana and Nicki’s presences obviously helped it become a huge song - "Burnin' Up" has definitely the potential do perform very decently on the charts.
