Is this the most uptempo song we’ll hear from Broods? The New Zealand duo - whose music is produced and lyrics are co-written by Joel Little (the mastermind behind Lorde) – premiered on Wednesday, July 2, a new track titled 'L.A.F' via MTV.com. The song is confirmed for appearance on Broods' upcoming full-length studio album 'Evergreen' which will be hitting stores in the U.S in September via Capitol Records.

Broods’ previous songs have all been really slow, and very moody, and while the lyrics in 'L.A.F' are kind of moody, and nostalgic (“And I'll never get this feeling out of my head And I'll never wanna be the one you forget”), its production is the liveliest we’ve heard from Broods to this date. It’s very clappy!

When are they going to get that breakthrough hit? It’s so overdue! They’re amazing!

Hit or Miss?
