New Music: Ariana Grande (feat. Zedd) – ‘Break Free’
After dropping teasers for her fans throughout the week, we finally get a listen to the full studio version of Ariana Grande’s new single ‘Break Free’ featuring production by Russian-German producer/DJ Zedd. The electronic-influenced track is the follow up to her ‘Problem’ single and serves as the second release from her forthcoming sophomore LP ‘My Everything’ dropping this Summer.
’Break Free’ was first debuted live by Ariana on her own rendition of MTV’s old ‘TRL’ program called ‘Total Ariana Live’. The show has been off the air since 2008 and was brought back into its original location of Times Squares, NY with the help of MTV’s Sway Calloway handling hosting duties. Ariana performed this new track as well as ‘Problem’ in front of a live studio audience.
‘My Everything’ is set to impact stores on August 25th via Republic Records. The tracklist for the highly anticipated project has already been revealed and the standard edition will contain 12 tracks. Along with Zedd, Ariana receives guest assistance from names like Big Sean, The Weeknd, Childish Gambino, Iggy Azalea, Cashmere Cat, and others. [Read more on 'Break Free']
