Martin Garrix At Last Releases Studio Version of Dua Lipa-Assisted New Single “Scared To Be Lonely”: Stream (Music Video Added*)
Finally here is the full studio version of Martin Garrix and Dua Lipa’s much-hyped debut collaboration “Scared To Be Lonely”.
The Dutch DJ played this new song at one of his shows not long ago - therefore we all have heard “Scared To Be Lonely” already, but we were waiting for the studio edit to arrive so we could appreciate Dua’s beautiful smoky vocals as well as Martin Garrix’s hot EDM beat more in detail and hear them little better. And after teasing the studio version with teasers of the “Scared To Be Lonely” music video on social media, Martin Garrix finally “liberated” his new single today. Stream it now on Spotify and buy it on iTunes tomorrow.
The question is… will Martin finally release a full-length album with Sony Music or will he keep doing one-off singles only?
REVIEW: Great vocals and powerful vocals from Dua Lipa (I think she kind of wanted to emulate Sia at some parts), the strings in the beginning are a nice touch, and Martin Garrix’s EDM production is as usual so uplifting.
Great combination, I can’t wait to see “Scared To Be Lonely” killing to the charts, for Dua Lipa to have her name known in more places, and I hope these two don’t make us wait too long to check out the music video - which from the previews seem will be epic.
Hit or Miss?
***UPDATE***: Music video is out!
