Lost Kings recently this past Friday a new single titled “Stuck” featuring Swedish singer Tove Styrke. And to put it simply, this collaboration is extraordinary. Tove’s vocals are heavenly and Lost Kings’ electronic production is so elegant and fresh.
My favorite part of “Stuck” has to be the pre-chorus. Tove Styrke’ execution of this part is just mind-blowing. I literally lived every time she voluntarily lost her breath.
The lyrics to “Stuck” hear the Swedish chanteuse reminiscing about a relationship that sadly failed but which she still has trouble forgetting. “I get so conflicted when I see you without me / Are you better off without me?”, sings Tove Styrke in the second verse.
