Little Mix Perform "Love Me Like You" In Full On "The X Factor Australia": Watch
Little Mix delivered the first televised performance of “Love Me Like You” in full tonight (Oct. 13) on “The X Factor Australia”. The British girl band was the guest act on the latest “live show” episode of the hit Channel 7 talent show.
“Love Me Like You” is the official second single from the Perrie Edwards-led group’s upcoming third studio album “Get Weird”, due in stores worldwide on November 6th. To date we had only seen snippets of the song performed live, but that changed today. Watch the girls in action below:
Cute performance. Liked the horizontal pole routine idea, liked the sexy thighs-revealing black outfits, liked the visuals of stars and half moons showed in the screens in the back, and of course, totally LOVED the girls’ vocals. Those falsettos ain’t no easy thing to nail live.
Still, although I really enjoyed the performance, and I like “Love Me Like You”, I kind of just realized that this might not be the most suitable choice for second single in the end. The song is cute but it’s true it lacks some ‘force’ and credibility as “official single”, in the sense it just doesn’t scream “smash hit”. It's now giving me more "album track-only" vibes. Oh well. There’ll be time for single #3.
