It's here!! and it's real!! Jennifer Lopez hinted an official remix of "Booty" featuring female rapper of the moment Iggy Azalea during a recent episode of MTV's web series "House of Style" - where ironically she was interviewed by Iggy herself - and today (August 29th) has seen confirmation of this blazing hot teaming up! Jennifer Lopez took to her social accounts this morning to post links linking to: 1.) the official artwork of the new "Booty" remix (above) and 2.) the Audiomack.com page where fans can stream the "Booty" remix featuring Iggy Azalea in it entirety. What are you waiting for!!? Click play below!!

The irresistible (makes you want to get down) beat of "Booty" was produced by Cory Rooney and Benny Medina. The song - in its original version featuring Pitbull - is included on Jennifer Lopez' eighth studio album "A.K.A" (released in June).

"Booty" remix review

PITBULL, who? Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull's collaborations usually don't disappoint and "Booty" was another example of a good musical teaming up by the two friends, however Iggy Azalea just makes a whole lot more sense on "Booty" than Pitbull. I mean, both J.Lo and I-G-G-Y are females - the song is about female empowerment (at least of those proud to have big booties) - and have big butts too, so it's only right they get to star in "Booty". Iggy Azalea's verse in this "Booty" remix is just fire (she is truly at her prime).

Shame on Jennifer, her whole team and Capitol Records for wasting time and money by making Iggy feature on "Acting Like That" (a boring song) - also included on "A.K.A" - and not on "Booty" from the very beginning. And they should apologize to Pitbull ASAP. Earlier this month the "official artwork" for "Booty" was revealed including his name, but in a very sudden move, Capitol asked Iggy last minute to jump on board to do a remix, she agreed, and here it is. Now Pitbull has no place here. A new artwork has been shot, and a music video too. "Booty" remix featuring Iggy Azalea will be the one sent to radios soon and not the original version with Pitbull.
