Lawson - 'Brokenhearted' (Music Video)
British pop rock band Lawson have unveiled the music video for their song "Brokenhearted" (feat. B.o.B) which serves as the lead single from ther upcoming yet-untitled sophomore album arriving in stores across the UK later in 2013. "Brokenhearted" as the title indicated is a pop/rock-infused heart-break anthem. It was co-written by band main vocalist, Andy Brown, who also plays the 'lead role' in the Declan Whitebloom-directed music video for "Brokenhearted". Watch the premiere above.
Video is alright. It's got a clear storyline, but ultimately it's not something I personally would watch over and over again on VEVO. The MV for "Brokenhearted" was filmed by Declan Whitebloom in the Hollywood Hills in California. It revolves around the recent split of Andy Brown and his on-screen girlfriend. She wakes up in the morning, does her usual chores in the house, but cannot help to get haunted by the ghost (?) of Andy. Magazines and TV shows will also remind her of her former lover. Even when she drives her car to later-unveiled location, she spots a huge billboard of Andy and Lawson. Eventually, the girl gets to this rooftop where Lawson and B.o.B are playing "Brokenhearted" in concert. Using only her 'glance', the girl asks Andy to get back together...what he will answer?.
