Steve Aoki is ready for his next mainstream single following last year’s collaboration with Louis Tomlinson “Just Hold On”. For 2017 (he apparently only drops mainstream singles once a year), Steve has teamed up with another young pop artist who’s also interested in growing her image as a soloist (even though she’s not officially commenced it yet). We’re talking about Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui. She’s the singer of “All Night”, Steve Aoki’s new single. The song was released today, November 17, on digital platforms. “All Night” is a sensual electronic song where the lyrics tell the story of two strangers finding their way to each other amid a crowded room and falling in love. They will wish for the night to never be over for they are loving the energy between them at that place. “Let’s keep this going all night / Going all night”, sings Lauren in the chorus, before the cool Steve Aoki-produced EDM drop drops.
If we must compare this song to Steve Aoki’s previous mainstream single, “Just Hold On”, then “All Night” wins by the huge margin. This song is sexy, it’s got great replay value, and we want it to be slaying the charts ASAP (our liking to the song might be influenced by us wanting Lauren’s solo career to be successful and to start soon – just saying).
