Lady Gaga proved this algorithm right yesterday, January 10th, a date she will never be able to forget, when she won her first ever Golden Globe in the category of “Best Performance in a Miniseries or Television Film by an Actress” for her role as Elizabeth Johnson / The Countess in American Horror Story: Hotel.
She just killed it with her role as The Countess, and even though I’m sure many out there didn’t bet one penny she would come out as the winner of this particular category, I rooted for Gaga since the very moment the nominations were announced.

Lady Gaga couldn’t hold the tears at her table when she heard her name. The first hug from the Golden Globe winner was for “American Horror Story” producer Ryan Murphy. I personally thought the target would be her boyfriend, the oh so hunky Taylor Kinney, but it wasn’t him who got the first piece of love from Gaga. Going for the show’s producer first? Smart girl, ha!
