Keri Hilson Performs On 'Lopez Tonight'
Keri Hilson keeps on promoting her upcoming album "No Boys Allowed" on different TV shows in the US. The R&B star's latest stop was this Tuesday on 'Lopez Tonight' via TBS. After a 5-minute interview with show host George Lopez, Keri took the stage to perform her single..."Pretty Girl Rock".
Someone help me out here. This song has yet to enter the Top 40 on the Hot 100 - it 'finally' debuted on this chart this week at #72 xD - TWO months after its official release digitally and on radios...so...it's pretty clear "Pretty Girl Rock" won't be Keri's first smash hit of this new era. That's why I, and I'm sure many other people will agree, that she needs to ditch this song (although I quite enjoy it) to start promoting "The Way You Love Me". That song has got a FIRE video out already, which everyone is talking about, it's getting free publicity from every corner possible, so promoting it NOW would sound coherent, right? Hilson's new CD "No Boys Allowed" hits stores in just two weeks, on December 21st, and the American singer is risking the first-week album sales having had no hit single from it so far. "The Way You Love Me" to the rescue? :)
