Kelly Clarkson Sings National Anthem in Texas & New Duet with Jason Aldean!
It's time for a new Kelly Clarkson update! The original American Idol performed the "Star-Spangled Banner", the US national anthem, prior to Game Three of the 2010 MLB World Series at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Texas over the weekend. Kelly nailed it! Flawless performance. The high notes were especially hot. It's always great to see Kelly on national television KILLING it. Kelly fans should take this major appeareance as a warm-up of what's coming. Ms Clarkson has been recording these last months her new album, whose first single should come out this December with the actual CD hitting stores in early 2011.
In related music news, Kelly has teamed up with country star Jason Aldean in the new duet "Don't You Wanna Stay". The song serves as the new single from Aldean's upcoming album "My Kinda Party" which drops on November 2nd. Lord this woman can sing anything! I'm not the biggest fan of country music but for Kelly I've given the song a shot and I'm actually liking it! That bridge in particular gave me life and made me anticipate even more a new Kelly Clarkson record. If you're loving "Don't You Wanna Stay", you're in luck because Jason and Kelly will perform their duet at the CMA Awards on November 10th.
