Ke$ha performs "Tik Tok" on Ellen!
American recording artist Ke$ha performed her smash hit "Tik Tok" on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this week. This is the first single off her debut album "Animal", in stores now.
I absolutely love this song! It's catchy as hell and everybody seems to be dancin' to it at clubs.
