Katy Perry - California Gurls (New Song!) (FULL)
Check out the premiere of the new Katy Perry single entitled California Gurls featuring Snoop Dogg. This will serve as the lead cut from Perry's forthcoming third album - out this summer via Capitol Records. The track was scheduled to receive its radio premiere on May 25, but fans of the pop star in the world got a special surprise when suddenly her label decided to push up that date to May 7 (yesterday!). Probably they got word the full song was going to leak into Internet soon and they wanted to have the premiere its own way. As I described in an entry before, "California Gurls" is a pop tune, very summer-ish, fresh, happy. Very reminiscing to Ke$ha's "Tik Tok" on some parts but I like it overall. Not Katy's strongest track ever but works for a summer release IMO. By the way, I hoped "Gurls" was a typo but seems not, oh well! LOL.
