Justin Bieber has fully returned. First he premiered his comeback single "What Do You Mean" last Friday, having it played on all Top 40 radios in the US thanks to an exclusive deal, then he performed the song for the very first time at the VMAs on Sunday night, and finally he unveils the official music video on VEVO.

The "What Do You Mean" music video sees Justin Bieber playing a prank on his hot girlfriend. He'll have a group of friends with masks on have them kidnapped so JB can take his lady to a surprise party - if someone did this to me, I'd punch him on the face! The party seems to be located at an abandoned warehouse that has been squatted by some skaters. JB - in hoodie mode now - and his GF will be spectators of the show and will tongue kiss plenty of times.
