Justin Bieber New Single To Premiere August 28th! Are You Ready? [Update: Hear A Snippet!]

Your King, Justin Bieber, announced on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS FM radio show today (July 29) that in exactly 30 days (that’s August 28 if you can’t do quick math) his new single titled “What Do You Mean” will premiere. The only description we have of the song so far is that it is “summery” and “upbeat”. “What Do You Mean” is going to be first official offering off the Canadian pop singer’s forthcoming yet-untitled fourth studio album, which will undoubtedly be out before the end of the year via Island/School Boy.
“Summery and upbeat” Justin Bieber song? That only has one possible translation: “What Do You Mean” will go #1 everywhere.
If you’re a Belieber (aka. a JB fan), then I should tell you too that the singer’s set up a countdown clock on his official website just so he can make you freak out a bit more about the new single.
