Jordin Sparks Nails US National Anthem at Green Bay Packers vs. Arizona Cardinals Game, Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Go On A New Date
Two interesting things happened today (Dec. 27) at the Green Bay Packers vs. Arizona Cardinals NFL game at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Well, okay, three things. The actual game, Jordin Sparks’ flawless performance of “The Star-Spangled Banner” and Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s new outing as an official couple.
These two are going strong and stronger. Good for them! Although my heart goes out to Miranda Lambert, who must be suffering a bit, Blake and Gwen make a good couple and they look extremely happy. Will there be a collaboration between the two of them on Gwen’s upcoming third solo album? I think the probability of this happening is really high!
Now the good part. Jordin Sparks’ performance of the US national anthem. Oh my Lord. Amazing! Incredible! Stunning! Jordin killed it and totally made me forget during the two minutes that the performance lasted about that commercially disappointing album of hers that she released this summer called “Right Here, Right Now”. Being an Arizonan girl, it was only right for her to get the invitation to be the national anthem performer. True there are more Arizonan singers in the industry, but Jordin Sparks is a safe bet as you know sister is always going to serve slaying vocals, and these she served today. Such an effortless slaying job! Jordin should be the declared the mandatory performer of the “The Star-Spangled Banner” at all major televised sports events held in Arizona. Amen!
