JoJo Announces The Brilliant “Leaks, Covers, & Mixtapes Tour”: See Full Dates

jojo 2018 tour

JoJo has given her fans the most amazing surprise she could have given them today. The 27-year-old singer has revealed via social media that she will go on tour with a show titled “The Leaks, Covers, & Mixtapes Tour” very soon.

In this tour, Jojo will sing "rare" songs from her discography live. That is, songs that aren’t featured in her official studio albums.

Before her big signing to Atlantic Records (last year she split with Atlantic and partnered with Interscope, where she launched her Clover Music imprint), Jojo released two mixtapes independently, 2010’s Can’t Take That Away from Me and 2012’s Agape, as well as two EPs, 2014’s LoveJo and 2015’s LoveJo2.

JoJo will perform songs from the aforementioned projects in the upcoming tour as well as covers of songs I’m sure have a lot of meaning for her and leaked songs that were never properly finished but were loved by fans any way.

JoJo’s “The Leaks, Covers, & Mixtapes Tour” will kick off in Anaheim on May 29 and will conclude on June 26 in Dallas.

In a post on Instagram, Jojo explained a little bit what this tour will be all about in her own words:

“You have no idea how excited I am to sing these songs live for the very first time. This tour is especially for everyone who rocked with me when my hands were tied and my voice was silenced… thought it’d be mad fun to perform these songs since they were such a massive part of my life and you have always shown such passion for them. I wanted to keep the shows small and intimate so… get your tix now baebs. I miss seeing you up close and I want to get that connection that inspires me so much while I’m working on NEW material for my next project. Just starting to put the set list together… what songs do you want to hear most?!”

So this tour first and next the new album? So exciting!

By the way, what a brilliant idea this tour is, right? She better perform "In The Dark" - that's all I want!
