Jermaine Dupri - who has made some hits for the likes of Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey or Usher - is planning a comeback to his solo career. The producer/rapper released the last material of his own back in 2001 with the album titled "Instructions". In this span of 9 years, Dupri has been making some hot records for other artists leaving his own act on stand by. However, he's ready to take by storm again the industry - considering that Young Money artist are taking over - with the release of a new album. The first single from the upcoming project is said to be this newly leaked track entitled "I Heard 'Em Say". This club-ready tune samples The White Stripes's hit "Seven Nation Army". It's a good effort. I like the bit where he raps "I need everybody to report to the dance floor right now". Kelly Rowland needed to have that lyric on her "Commander" song lol.
