Jason Aldean - "Old Boots, New Dirt" [Album Lyrics]
Just two years after "Night Train", country star Jason Aldean is back with a new album - his sixth! "Old Boots, New Dirt" is the title of it and Jason will drop it on October 7th, 2014 via Broken Bow Records. Michael Knox is the executive producer of this LP.
"Old Boots, New Dirt" contains 15 songs on its standard edition and 18 on the deluxe - only available at Target. None of the songs were written nor co-written by Jason.
The release of Jason's sixth LP is preceded by the lead single, "Burnin' It Down". The song topped the Billboard Country Songs chart and it reached #12 on the Hot 100.
"Old Boots, New Dirt" is undoubtedly Jason's most controversial album yet - due the lyrics of the songs which are overtly sexual. One reviewer said: "The lyrics on the song's sexy lyrics push the boundaries of what might be construed as traditional themes in country music". Although Jason's fans are shocked, the new music have proved to be a success.
